Commission Info

$300 USD base price

(Includes 1 character and simple illustrated background)

❋ EXTRAS:

+$60 USD per additional character

+$40 USD for complex props (ex: instruments, pets, wings)

❋ WON'T DRAW:

  • Full nudity

  • Gore (blood is okay)

  • Mecha

  • Furry

Please read the Process and Terms of Service all the way to the end! If you send a request, this means you understand and agree to everything stated.

❋ PROCESS:

1) Send an email titled "Art Commission" to dearhakuto@gmail.com with the following info:

  • A written description with photo references of what you'd like drawn, such as the character, pose, outfit, or setting. (I won't be designing new characters for these commissions, so please be thorough. However, if you're unsure of a setting or pose, I will gladly come up with something that suits the character!)

  • Confirm you have read and agree with the Terms of Service.

2) If I accept your commission, you'll be given a slot in the queue. Once the slots before you are all finished, I will then notify you and share the Square invoice link for payment.

3)Full payment is made upfront. No refunds unless I state I cannot finish the commission. Once payment is received and deposited, I will begin drawing.

4) Drawing will take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks max starting from the payment date, depending on complexity. There will be two phases: sketch phase & rendering phase.

  • Only 1 major revision allowed during the sketch phase. Any further revision requests will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before proceeding.

  • Once sketch composition is approved, I will work straight through to finish rendering the piece. No further revision requests can made during the rendering phase.

5) Once finished, you'll receive through email:

- A full res digital PNG file

- A smaller (and Glaze protected) PNG meant for any social media posting.

(No physical product will be delivered.)

❋ TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • I retain the rights to the image. This means I can make and sell prints or merchandise of the artwork, as well as use it in my portfolio.

  • For personal, non-commercial use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Email me with separate inquiries if you'd like commercial art done.

  • Please note that commissions are not first-come first-served, and I will only be taking requests that fit my art style and skill level. I have the right to turn down requests for any reason.

  • Full payment is made upfront. No refunds unless I state I cannot finish the commission. Once payment is received and deposited, I will begin drawing.

  • I don't do rush orders, so make sure if you have a general deadline, it is safe within your spot in the queue and my estimated work time. I don't take forever to draw, but I still need the necessary time to make each piece up to my standard.

  • If you post the commission on social media, tag or credit @dearhakuto.

  • Do not draw over, alter, or edit the artwork.

  • A/I use prohibited.

  • Please be kind. I am just one person that likes to draw and I want to give an opportunity for custom requests. :)
